**The Role**:
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you’ll will play a key role in supporting the strategic initiatives of the People and Culture function that are ultimately driven at providing outstanding clinical and support care services to complex care clients. This is an opportunity to join a business that is making a difference in people's lives and will afford you the chance to learn about NDIS Services along the way. Responsibilities include:

- Prepare Welcome Packs,employment contracts and drive the coordination of the employee onboarding process
- Manage and monitor mandatory employee compliance documentation
- Support the P&C Manager in the development, implementation and ongoing rollout of new People and Culture initiatives
- Be a key member of the LMS and HRIS implementation and management team
- Work with the with Clinical and Risk & Compliance team to conceptualise, design, and develop e-learning, face-to-face and blended learning materials captured via the LMS
- Support the P&C Manager and other members of the management team in employee exit processes
- Strong administrative skills
- Minimum 2 year’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience using HRIS, LMS, CMS, and Payroll systems
- Passion and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, reporting, confidentiality and privacy principles.
- Onboarding experience / Experience handling high volume recruitment
- Experience in handling mandatory documentation
- Demonstrated experience in spreadsheets & report preparation
