**This role could be based on the East Coast (VIC/QLD/NSW/TAS), and we would be open to consider 3 to 4 days part time.**

**The role**

The **Payroll Officer** will support and work collaboratively within the Finance team to support the global organization.

**Key responsibilities**
- End-to-end processing of the payroll cycle
- Providing payroll services across the organisation
- Maintaining and updating the payroll system
- Ensure that payroll system information is consistent with employee Contracts of Employment
- Provide professional and timely responses to payroll queries and requests
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in an end-to-end payroll function
- Proficient in standard business software packages including Microsoft Office
- Ceridian Dayforce payroll experience would be highly desirable
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- Able to effectively deal with sensitive matters whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
