Access Fuels is an independently owned fuel & lubricant distribution business. We support customers across a broad range of industries through our wholesale bulk fuel and lubricant business and our retail stores. Due to some recent growth we're looking a bookkeeper to assist our finance manager with day to day accounting.
We're looking for someone who has some previous experience in bookkeeping to join our Sydney office. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday.
You will work closely with the Finance Manager to assist in completion of all financial activities of the business. You will also provide accounting and system support to our retail sites and retail support team.
The Role:
- Assist with managing high-volume AP/AR functions
- Assist with month end close
- Assist with weekly payroll processing for ~200 employees
- Generate, collate and distribute structured reporting
- Assist with GL and bank account reconciliation
- Data entry and management of multiple systems
About you:
- Proficiency using Microsoft apps, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounting systems or ERP's
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or payroll highly desirable
- Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
