Easy Authoring is seeking a Human Resource Professional to work on the employee feedback initiative for a large government department.
**Purpose of the role**:
The key tasks for this role involve conducting an analysis of employee feedback and developing and implementing initiatives to shape and deliver the overall employee listening strategy.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Conduct research and analysis to advance departmental understanding of the Employee Experience.
- Provide insights and advice on the development of initiatives to address associated issues and support an engaged and high-performing workforce.
- Implement processes and procedures to support the delivery of projects and initiatives to meet the objectives of the Employee Listening Strategy.
- Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to sustain support for the projects and initiatives to enhance the Employee Experience.
- Provide reports on the progress of projects and initiatives in meeting agreed objectives, including identified risks and associated mitigation strategies, to inform management decision-making.
- Actively participate with members of the team in the assessment and utilisation of new or updated employee listening strategies, technology, systems, and business methods to identify opportunities to enhance the delivery of efficient and effective service to support an engaged and high-performance culture.
**Essential criteria**:
- Significant experience in data research and analysis.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or a relevant discipline
