**About the Role**

The Administration Officer plays a key role in providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for visitors and staff. This position is central to the smooth operation of our Property and Retirement Living services, requiring exceptional organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a professional demeanour.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Core Administrative Tasks**
- **Phone Management**: Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and ensure timely responses.
- **Requisitions & Invoicing**: Raise requisitions, process invoices, and monitor goods received to meet payment terms.
- **Supplies Management**: Monitor and maintain inventory for stationery, kitchen, and office essentials.

**Reception & Visitor Support**
- Welcome and assist visitors, staff, and contractors professionally.
- Coordinate visitor parking and maintain the appearance of the reception area.

**Workplace Health & Safety**
- Conduct safety inductions for new starters and perform weekly inspections.
- Assist with visitor and contractor sign-in/out procedures.

**Team Support**
- Provide assistance with Property Help Desk tasks and support the Retirement Living team as required.

**About You**

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a welcoming and proactive attitude.

**Requirements**:

- National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months).
- Proof of current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations as per company policy.
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical
