We have an exciting opportunity to work as an Administration Officer at D&J Connect. We are looking to hire a highly organized Administration Officer to perform all administrative and clerical duties necessary. The Administration Officer responsibilities included but not limited to contacting NDIS participants and service providers to confirm bookings and schedules, will act as the point of contact for all employees, participants, and service providers, providing administrative support and managing queries. You’ll assist in an administrative function to aid support staff in delivering activity-based work for out participants and service providers. Ultimately you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

**Administration Officer**
**Who are we looking for**:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation within support team.
- Undertakes projects and conducting research.
- Provides quality customer service for all participants and external NDIS service providers including answering and responding to telephone enquiries.
- Taking participants to therapy or medical appointments when required.
- Support and performs administrative requirements for D&J Connect senior staff.
- Assists with the preparation of correspondence, reports, and minutes.
- Gathers data and prepares reports for more detailed analysis by senior staff.
- Coordinates and undertakes booking of travel, medical/therapy appointments for NDIS participants.
- Maintains administration systems, including diaries, records, mail, filing and archiving of records.
- Arranges and facilitates appointments and meetings with NDIS participants and external clients.
- Coordinates and undertakes purchasing of office supplies and acts as incurring and certifying officer for purchases.
- Undertakes other duties, as required.
- Knowledge and understanding of NDIS.
- Knowledge and understanding of diversity, gender and social inclusion, particularly Aboriginal culture.
