Houspect is a premier WA building inspection firm and has provided an extensive range of quality building inspections for individuals, strata companies, corporate and government entities for 30 years across all of WA.

We are specifically looking for inspectors located in:

- Perth and Surrounding areas
- Kalgoorlie

Houspect has been providing a high quality service and a style of report that is well received through the use of considered and appropriate language and in a format that is easy to read and understand. We continue to grow and operate across Perth and in many WA regional centers. Pre-purchase building and vendor reports are the most popular report we do but we also undertake construction progress and handover reports, builders indemnity, dilapidation, strata, general investigation and litigation reports. We pride ourselves on being focused on customer service.

By running a properly staffed client service team in Balcatta, we are able to support our customers and our inspectors across Western Australia. Our staff are available to help with bookings, report status, special needs and general questions. All our builders are well presented in Houspect uniform and have excellent diction and empathy for the emotions and needs that arise when people are buying, building or selling property.

Houspect will only consider applicants who are WA Registered Builders with a minimum of 20 years construction experience, 10 of which as a Registered Builder in WA and have;
- Strong communication and client engagement skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent computer skills inclusive of MS Word, tablet and digital photography
- Have a sound working knowledge of the National Building Code and associated Australian Standards
- Live in the target areas identified above.

Houspect Building Inspectors tend to work within 25km's of a specific locality. We have opportunities available in the areas listed above. Houspect will provide building inspectors with training and guidance for successful applicants.

Building Inspector roles are Sub Contract roles. Inspectors need to be available Monday to Friday. This is a career role and only builders looking for a long term career opportunity should apply. Existing Building Inspectors are also encouraged to apply. We have both full; time and part time roles available.
