**About The Role**:

- IMMEDIATE start
- Oversee day-to-day operations of building maintenance and management of both single storey and double storey, HIGH END residential homes in the Perth region.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors, including client liaison.
- Provide quality construction standards and the use of appropriate construction techniques.
- Ability to demonstrate a flexible, caring, and professional approach to customer care within a wide range of work situations.
- A role which offers ample opportunities for future career progression and professional growth.

**Salary and employment package**:

- $120k + super (dependent on qualifications and years’ experience)
- Company vehicle + Fuel card
- Phone
- Laptop

**About You**:

- Proven experience in WA residential building sector, and knowledge of the state’s regulations.
- Previous trade skill, e.g. Carpentry (Cert III), Diploma in Builders Registration, and or relating higher qualifications.
- Proficient in construction Scheduling
- You will be located south of the river.
- A passion and positive ability to work alongside a healthy team culture, and a strong desire to excel.
