Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to head and mentor a team of building inspectors, structural engineers or senior building inspectors. The successful candidate will bring technical leadership, compliance oversight, and a culture of continuous improvement.

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop a team of 15+ inspectors
  • Conduct complex inspections as needed
  • Apply knowledge of engineering principles to real-world inspection scenarios
  • Deliver internal training programs for inspectors
  • Own and improve QA systems and compliance documentation
  • Provide guidance on technical queries and high-stakes reports

About You:

  • Structural Engineer degree or Diploma qualified preferred
  • Working knowledge of NCC, WA Guide to Standards & Tolerances, and AS 4349
  • Skilled communicator with problem-solving approach
