TEN Recruitment have a brand new opportunity for a Building Manager to join a leading residential home builder. With over 200 homes on the ground at the moment and a strong pipeline of work this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Building Manager to join a growing and successful team. Managing the Construction Managers and the Site Supervisors this is a senior role, based in the centrally located office and reports directly to the company GM.

As the Building Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the construction process of residential projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional homes.

Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and oversee the work of the construction managers and their respective teams of site supervisors across the Perth metro area.

Oversee the entire construction process from pre-construction planning to project completion.

Ensure that all construction activities meet or exceed quality standards, codes, and regulations.

Monitor project budgets and costs, providing accurate and timely financial reporting.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.

Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Lead and motivate on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery or quality.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential construction management

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.

Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
