Our client is seeking to engage a
**Contracts Administration Officer** on a temporary basis, Full Time Position.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide effective and efficient contract administrative and business support to the Operations and Fleet Services team within the Asset Services Division
- Provide quality customer service to key internal and external stakeholders relating to the Operations and Fleet Services team
- Support the management of contracts across the Building Maintenance team to deliver outcomes in line with contract objectives and organisational requirements

**Requirements**:

- Experience in contract administration and management
- Experience in office administration and business support, or a related discipline
- Experience in supporting efficient and effective stakeholder communications
- Certificate in related field, such as Contract Management or Business Administration
- Strong verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written communication skills
