Reporting directly into the Head of Remuneration & Benefits, this role is sitting within a highly dynamic and impressive people and culture function that is focused on driving commercial value to the organisation. Remuneration & Reward is high on the people agenda, with this role set to make a real impact in driving high performance.
Newly created, the position has responsibility for all aspects of remuneration and benefits including incentives, payroll, job grading, superannuation, board reporting, HRIS and metrics. Essentially a blank canvas, this is an excellent opportunity to carve out and shape the rewards approach for a large, purpose-led Australian business.
Regarded as an expert in the remuneration field, you will ideally bring experience within a listed, financial services organisation. You will draw upon your deep knowledge to formulate and embed practices and processes that reflect the specific needs of a transformational business. Agile, commercial and with a proven track record consulting to HR and business leaders, you will thrive in a changing environment.
