**About the role**
We are seeking a Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join our team to develop and manage the remuneration and benefits frameworks, programs and initiatives across the Bolton Clarke group, and provide advice and support to business leaders in relation to remuneration and reward strategy.

Key Activities:

- Manage the Annual Remuneration Review process for Award-free (salaried) employees.
- Develop, implement and review remuneration and reward policy, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Oversee the job evaluation process for benchmarking new and re-designed positions
- Draft Board and Nomination & Remuneration Committee papers on remuneration and benefit matters
- Develop, manage and measure effectiveness of employee benefits programs and promotions to support the delivery of organisational goals including attraction, retention and employee engagement strategies.
- Manage the harmonisation of remuneration and reward strategies and frameworks across integrating organisations and subsidiaries within the Bolton Clarke group
- Provide remuneration and reward analytics and metrics to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Develop partnerships with relevant external parties including suppliers of employee benefits and market remuneration data providers.

**We would love to hear from you if you have**:

- Tertiary education in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems to extract and analyse remuneration data.
- Senior experience in a remuneration and benefits role in a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, Awards and legislation
- Advanced data and analytic skills including advanced experience with MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
