**About the role at Helia**

The Remuneration and Benefits Analyst role will be centred around 1) providing assistance and guidance using technical and professional skills on a range of remuneration and benefits programs, including: salary planning, market benchmarking, equity plan and benefits administration, vendor relationship management, reward governance and support for remuneration review; 2) support for remuneration reporting and HR analytics; and 3) assist Payroll Manager with analysis, if required at times. The role will liaise extensively with the People and Culture and Finance Teams, and also with Genworth employees across the business including members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

**Responsibilities**
- Development of Finance Strategy - Recommend improvements to optimize and improve financial performance and development of strategic long-term plans
- Operational and Financial Reporting - Analyze financial data to prepare timely reports to support business decisions
- Financial Modeling - Analyze data to create financial models that support planning and projections
