Remuneration Governance and Regulation Analyst

What role will you play?

You will support the team by monitoring peer remuneration arrangements, disclosures, and market benchmarking. You will draft clear, concise, and well-structured materials, including PowerPoint presentations tailored for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies. You will also advise on and manage compliance with remuneration regulation, including producing board packs and disclosures for regulatory reporting.

This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders (Investor Relations, Risk Management, Finance) on year-end processes for the Remuneration Report, which is published annually. You will prepare materials to support the Board's engagement with investors and governance bodies leading up to the AGM.

What you offer

- 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting or remuneration-related role, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly and producing high-quality documentation.
- High numeracy skills and an interest in analyzing numerical data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with remuneration regulation in financial services is advantageous, as is experience supporting the preparation of board papers.
