The company is today employing over 100 people, with branch offices in Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia & Queensland. Proud supplier of the world's leading heavy equipment, as well as expert sales experience, they offer rental equipment, genuine parts and workshop and field service support across our entire product range.

**Your new role**

*** Responsible for the overall management of all marketing activities undertaken by the organisation
- Conduct market research and report to management team on
- Align marketing focus to assist company deliver performance target
- Customer satisfaction (from survey)
- Competitor advertising review
- Train and assist internal staff in implementing campaigns and marketing duties as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**

*** Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising or proven relevant experience
- A degree in Marketing is desirable
- Experience working with the CRM system (SalesForce)
- Knowledge of the ADOBE suite is preferable
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills both written and oral
- Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
- An ability to work both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
- Strong creative outlook
- Strong analytical and project management skills
