**About the role**
Reporting to the General Manager - People and Culture, this role will be instrumental in providing support and advice including partnering with senior stakeholders.
This role will provide a variety of HR system support functions relating to Payroll, Learning and Development, OHS, Recruitment and reporting including (but not limited to):
- Providing an initial support function to the organisation for HR System queries, issues and requests relating to user access, system errors, data requests and data integrity
- Actioning HR Systems request
- Actioning user access request forms
- Developing and producing ad-hoc and regular reports using a variety of Business Intelligence tools
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Demonstrated experience in the system administration/maintenance of a HR System, knowledge of **IFS** will be highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
- Experience in developing reports and extracting data, preferably from a HR System database
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Tertiary Qualifications in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR System Coordinator/Generalist role.
- Experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded
