Telechnics is an Australian owned company that custom design communication systems.

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive and organised Service & Logistics Coordinator who will provide a professional and reliable work ethic to join our team.

This role will see you working in a team environment across many areas of the business incorporating the following core duties:

· processing incoming & outgoing orders

· picking, packing & shipping orders with accuracy & efficiency

· booking in of service/repair work

· coordination of all service work

· assisting with stock takes and end of month reporting

· answering phone calls and emails

· liaising with customers

· data entry

· provide administration support as required

Attention to detail is essential in this role to meet the company's ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The applicant must have strong written communication skills, be well spoken, presentable & have a highly professional telephone manner.

The successful applicant will have:

· experience in a similar role

· high proficiency in Microsoft Office & Windows

· the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines

· excellent multi-tasking skills

· the ability to work independently & unsupervised, be proactive & a team player

· driver's license & own transport
