**Are you broadly talented?**
- Qualifications or experience in HR Management
- Experienced in Payroll Processing with a Health or Aged Care setting
- Full-cycle Payroll and award interpretation experience
- Experience using digital HRIS, Roster, and Payroll Systems
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, staff coordination, and compliance
- Advisory expertise within a shift-based social service setting ideal
- A professional, transparent and effective communication
- Have a valid driver's license and car
- Willingness to undergo criminal Record check, references, and C9 vaccination clearances.
