**About Our Client**:
Our Client is a leading provider of Healthcare Equipment and Services.

As a Service Administrator, you will be the vital link between our service technicians and clients, ensuring effective communication and customer service. You will provide written and verbal administrative support to our customer base, working closely with our Customer Service and Sales teams. Reporting directly to the Service Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth interactions and delivering excellent service.

**The Successful Applicant**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- 3-5 years of administration experience
- clear communication skills
- a personable and professional phone manner
- A "can do" attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Exposure to accounting software and a strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, will be beneficial
- Living locally in the Moorebank area is desirable
