ProLogistics Pty Ltd has a vacancy for an Administration / Receptionist working in the Moorebank region. This is a permanent full-time role working from Monday to Friday. You will be working 8 hours per day hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm. Seeking an eager, professional who is willing to learn and grow with the business.
Working as part of this established and growing team your responsibilities within this varied role will include but not be limited to:
- Answering Incoming Calls
- Greeting and handling of walk-in clients
- Data entry of worksheets
- Expense processing
- Maintain and update various registers
- Support Directors and Business Managers with arranging meetings
- Liaising with operation managers
- General and Ad-hoc office duties
**The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Previous Administration Experience (with references)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel (is essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A conscientious attitude (attention to detail a must) and exceptional customer service skills
It is essential that the successful applicant must be computer literate and be confident with excel spreadsheets and data entry.
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a proactive and professional approach to your work.
You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
**Salary**: $39,886.00 - $65,542.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
