Our client is a highly established Australian food and beverage distribution company with their own on-site fleet. We have an additional opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to assist their accounts and procurement department based in Moorebank. In this role you will focus on end-to-end processes to support procurement operational requirements.

This is your chance to use your existing skills or to learn some valuable new ones as part of an enthusiastic, close-knit team.

**Key duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department
- Process purchase orders and invoice paperwork
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required/directed by the Purchasing Manager
- Provide additional administration assistance to the Customer Service, Accounts, and Warehouse departments as required

**To be considered for the role**:

- Be a self-motivated individual who prides themselves on customer service excellence
- Accurate data entry ability
- Sound computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license (Provisional P1 license or above)

**Desirable**:

- Accounts or procurement experience highly regarded
- Customer service or administration experience in a warehouse, transport, or logistics setting will set you apart but is not essential

**Hours of Work**:38 hour week. Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 5:00pm. Friday finish at 3:00pm (early mark)

**Rate of Pay**:$31.00 per hour
