At Coates our Sales Administrators perform a highly valued role, managing a range of diverse administrative activities key to running a successful sales team. You will be supporting the team to enable them to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales revenue and profitability.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

- Assist in preparing and delivering professional proposals and tender documentation
- Conduct regular data maintenance activities on our customer data base to ensure quality and accuracy of information
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the sales team as required
- Prepare and follow up quotes on behalf of the sales team

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Excellent communication skills with a “can do” attitude,
- Highly organised, efficient and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication skills & high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality
- A background in Sales or supporting a Sales or Marketing team is highly desirable
