- Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity available for an enthusiastic and adaptable Human Resources Officer to join our Human Resources (HR) Services team for a 3 month fixed term contract.

**Your Role**
- This role focuses on supporting our caregivers throughout their employment lifecycle. You will form an integral part of the team, providing a comprehensive transactional and advisory service to line managers and existing caregivers on all aspects of Human Resources services, ensuring service delivery is timely, effective, efficient, and that it meets customers’ needs, legislative requirements and corporate standards.

**The Position**
- Assessment and processing of a variety of changes to existing caregiver positions/conditions, parental leave, resignation, reporting relationships, costing and structural changes and ensure the data is updated in the Human Resources Information System in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all relevant payroll documentation is completed and provided to payroll in accordance with agreed schedules.
- Understands applicable legislative requirements for parental leave, and is able to provide advice to Managers and caregivers in line with the applicable EBA.
- Regularly review and audit the information in the Human Resource Information System.
- You will hold (or progressing towards) a qualification in Human Resources or related discipline, or relevant experience in a Human Resources or Payroll environment, with sound understanding of industrial agreements, legislation, and Human Resource policies.
- To succeed you will have excellent ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service with enthusiasm for continuous improvement, and professional people practices.
