An excellent opportunity has become available for a HR Administrator to join a very busy Corporate Support team. This role would be ideal for HR graduate who has a minimum of 1 to 2 years administrative experience. This hands-on position will provide strong support to the HR team and requires someone with a 'can-do' attitude, is proactive and is willing to give any task a go
**ABOUT YOU**

Proven track record in HR
**ESSTENTIAL**
- Currently completed a Tertiary degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
- Previous experience in recruitment and/ or HR administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy with all HR related processes
- Ability to multi task and prioritise your daily responsibilities
- The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- High level of emotional intelligence
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITES**
- Providing recruitment support from advertising through to the onboarding stage
- End to end recruitment of new staff and onboarding
- Management of employee training
- Assist with general employee queries
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Maintenance of all employee records
- Assist with projects that will enhance the HR presence within the company
- Assist with the coordination of HR events
- Assist with general administrative tasks including filing and data management
