Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with an established, growing Occupational Therapist clinic based in the heart of Sydney's inner west. Looking for an experienced Practice Manager to support their growing team of therapists.

**THE ROLE**

Set in beautiful cottage
- like surroundings, we are looking for an experienced practice manager/office manager with exceptional attention to detail and excellent phone manner to support the team of 10 therapists with all round practice management duties. This is a stand-alone role, an exciting opportunity to make the job your own. This a full-time Monday to Friday role but can be flexible with hours for school runs and holidays.

**DUTIES**
- Management of 3 direct reports
- Scheduling appointments for the therapists
- Financial responsibilities including business expenses, processing bank statements and running the payroll
- Human Resources duties including recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews of all staff
- Management of client experience and complaint resolution

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience as an Office manager or Practice Manager required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Diary management
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to prioritize and multitask

**CULTURE**

This would suit a warm, outgoing, friendly person who is able to work efficiently on their own and can prioritize and handle several duties at once. The core of this role is to support the therapists with all practice duties and manage their diaries and appointments. You need to be super organized and have a keen eye for detail.
