**THE COMPANY**

Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with one of Australia's leading heart health clinics, located in North West Sydney. This is a busy clinic, which are focussed on providing the highest level of patient service and care. This is an opportunity to work with some of Australia's most well regarded cardiologists, who are also highly involved with research, training and teaching of medical students. Other benefits of employment with this non-for-profit healthcare provider includes extensive onsite facilities, access to parking and support from a team of Practice Managers in other clinics.

**THE ROLE**

The primary purpose of the Practice Manager role is to manage the day to day needs of reception, administration and other health staff to ensure a high-performing team and patient centred team. The duties of this role will include
- Organise the clinic schedule in EMR system and manage patient flow at clinic sessions
- Coordinate roster for administrative staff
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with relevant legislation
- Maintain and process patient billings
- Manage any patient conflicts to ensure optimal patient service
- Manage practice inventory and inventory orders

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager is essential
- Knowledge of Medicare and Private Health Insurance in Australia
- Experience using electronic practice management systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing and supervising staff will be highly advantageous
