**About the Company**: We are collaborating with a well-renowned Fin-Tech company in Sydney that specializes in the exchange-traded funds (ETFs) industry.

They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Risk Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to make a significant impact in a thriving sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the risk management framework for an AFSL (Australian Financial Services License) holder.
- Manage and resolve breaches and incidents efficiently.
- Generate comprehensive risk reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Present ideas, perspectives, and issues to senior management with clarity and confidence.

**Key Requirements**:

- Over 5 years of experience in financial services, with specific experience in funds or investment platforms being highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in maintaining an AFSL holder’s risk management framework.
- Demonstrated ability to manage breaches and incidents.
- Strong experience in generating risk reports and presenting recommendations to senior management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas and issues clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, with a law degree being particularly desirable.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in finance, law, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in financial services, particularly with funds or investment platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong writing skills.
