A leading Australian organisation with a diverse portfolio spanning property development, construction, commercial assets, energy, and finance is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to join its senior leadership team.

This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the General Counsel, where you will drive the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks across a multi-division business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and maintain a robust, organisation-wide risk management framework.
- Identify, assess and monitor risks across multiple divisions; recommend mitigation strategies and continuity planning.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory obligations, and internal policies.
- Lead regular risk assessments and compliance audits across the group.
- Develop and maintain consistent policies and procedures across all business units.
- Prepare high-level reporting for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison for regulatory bodies and other external compliance stakeholders.
- Champion a strong risk and compliance culture throughout the organisation.

**About You**
- Proven experience in risk and compliance management, within real-estate & construction
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk strategy, and legislative compliance in a corporate environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging at all organisational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across diverse teams and business units.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Risk Management, Compliance, or related disciplines.
