Seeking a diligent Manager to assist the Head of Risk & Compliance Function in managing the company's risk and compliance framework and functions. Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, this role is responsible for undertaking risk and compliance assessments, reporting, and risk assurance activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure effective assessment and management of risk across all business activities.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to monitor, measure, and improve performance, productivity, and quality.
- Investigate, analyse and evaluate commercial and operational issues from regulatory and risk perspectives, and provide recommendations on effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist with the development, management, and implementation of the company's risk and compliance and operational risk assurance program for retail products assigned by the CRO.
- Maintain awareness, understanding, and compliance with Group policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 4-5+ years experience in risk and compliance management. 2nd Line experience
- Knowledge of relevant industry developments and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited resources.
