Our social housing call centre has proven performance in delivering large-scale, high quality, efficient call management and response using industry leading technology.
**About the role**
- Respond to high volume inbound calls from members of the community
- Dispatch work order (send it to contractors for work action in timely manner
- Jeopardy management/ managing urgent or high priority work order needing fast
- Monitor and take appropriate actions to ensure work orders are completed within contractual service level agreements
- Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and documents

**About You**
- Previous customer service or call centre experience essential in any industry
- Ability to listen and demonstrate empathy to customers
- Must be tech savvy, we use multiple systems and screens
- Resilience when dealing with challenging calls
