**The opportunity**

This is an exciting and varied role in a busy environment, providing high-level and confidential secretarial services to the Executive Director Operations, the Commissioner of State Revenue, and other Executive team members.

**Who we are looking for**
To be successful in this role, you will be highly competent in the following key tasks:

- Coordinating and managing all aspects of Executive diaries, including organising meetings, booking meeting rooms and ensuring the required audio visual equipment is in place and functional.
- Preparing travel arrangements for the Executive Directors and management team, including completing financial documentation.
- Preparing reports, briefs and correspondence (including data analysis) and managing files using an electronic record management system.
- Providing high-level confidential secretarial support services including compiling and managing meeting papers and instituting strong governance around recording minutes and actions.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in providing secretarial services in a senior management/executive environment.
- Exceptional communication skills - interpersonal, verbal and written.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
