**Your new company**
The federal government is seeking for a contractor who have gained experience in investigations and data analytics to assist in the operations of an enhanced personnel security capability which will help the Department to analyse, report and investigate any security related matters.

**Your new role**
As a Security Advisor your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including drafting operational and analytical reports.
- Interview staff to gather information to inform assessments of security risks.
- Conducting civil or criminal investigations in a Commonwealth government.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you need to produce written assessment for security risk and liaise with other external agencies to draw on their expertise and access relevant data. Additionally, you will need to have experience in a similar position and/or be able to demonstrate the skills relevant to the role.

**What you'll get in return**
You will be employed on a full-time basis in a 6-month contract with with the opportunity of an extension.
