Multiple APS4 Administration and secretariat support Position’s. 12-month contract in Federal Government.

**Your new company**
T his Government Agency is working to assist communities in times of disaster while also proofing Australia against future emergencies. Currently they have a need for high performing APS4 administration and secretariat support officers to support the delivery team with high level of admin support.

**Your new role**
This position is responsible for providing administrative and secretariat support to the Branch, which will assist them in meeting prescribed deadlines. As an administration and secretariat support officer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Organising and coordinate appointments, correspondence, and communications in a timely fashion and in light of competing priorities
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Time management support for managers including scheduling, travel, and forward planning
- Support senior management workflow by triaging tasks, inbox monitoring and escalating urgent or priority matters
- Proactively manage the workflows of the teams you are assigned to
- Work collaboratively across the division, department, and other agencies to achieve set outcomes

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you must be an Australian Citizen and have relevant experience in Government Department and / or in a similar position. You must also be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2)
