**About the Position**

As a Customer Experience Officer at our City, you'll play a pivotal role, and your key responsibilities will include:

- Creating positive, memorable experiences through exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Drafting clear, concise, and professional responses to customer enquiries.
- Personalising customer interactions and resolving on first contact with empathy and expertise.
- Prioritising tasks seamlessly while maintaining a high standard of quality.

**About YOU**

You'll excel in this role if you are:

- Customer Focused: a strong customer service background with at least 12 months of call/contact centre experience. An experienced and empathetic customer service professional.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate computer systems confidently eg Genesys, Tech One.
- A detail-oriented problem-solver with a proactive mindset and approach.
- An agile team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator - clear and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Organised: you can manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: a positive attitude and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and the community.

**Salary**: $74,487 to $79,582 pro rata depending on qualifications and experience.

**Hours**:
This 22.5 hour per week position is five days per week.

Shifts will be either morning or afternoon. Morning shifts will commence at 8.30am and afternoon shifts will finish at 5pm. The average shift will be 4/4.5hrs.

Operational requirements may allow for additional hours to be worked.
