The City is offering this great opportunity for a motivated System Support Officer who is a team player and embraces working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

The successful applicant will possess the following.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems/Computer Science with relevant experience OR less formal qualifications with specialised skills and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience in providing ICT support in a professional, customer orientated manner.
- Demonstrated experience providing 1st/2nd level technical support to the Microsoft Windows virtual and physical desktop environment.
- Exposure to mobile device management, IP telephony, printing, networking and audio-visual systems.
- A creative approach to problem solving and decision making and an ability to prioritise work when under conflicting work pressures.

**Salary**:$78,821- $92,216 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
