This brand-new role sits within our Commercial business unit. This multifaceted team specialises in business intelligence, finance, risk management, governance, information technology, marketing and international partnerships. This team plays a crucial role in driving Monash College's strategic success by developing and implementing innovative commercial strategies.

**About Your Next Role**

The Partnerships & Development Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the expansion and management of international partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, facilitating due diligence processes and optimising operational efficiency.

By providing dedicated support to partnership initiatives, the Partnerships & Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in advancing Monash College’s strategic objectives and fostering meaningful collaborations with global partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update and continuously improve key documents relevant to international partnerships including the partnership governance and management framework, provider roll out strategy, provider handbooks, communication framework and annual partner evaluation
- Coordinate partnership engagement activities to strengthen relationships
- Prepare various analysis and reports including partner evaluations including risk assessment, transition reports, KPIs, and other stakeholder reports
- Actively scan the market for trends and report on key information to inform all business development activities

**About You**

You will have previous experience in business analytics or process improvement roles. You will also have:

- Experience working in the Asian region in a partnership or business development role and/or familiarity with international education markets (desirable)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build frameworks around and tune partnerships using a metrics-driven approach
- Robust verbal and communication skills to prepare briefing documents, reports and liaise with both onshore/offshore stakeholders
- Ability to proactively research market trends and seek new opportunities
