**About the role
As the Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day management of our partnerships program. Your main responsibility will be to drive direct growth to our Digital & Data P&L through the successful execution of partner initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Partnerships Marketing Manager and team, assisting in the development of campaign activities, conducting research, and analysing campaign performance. Your efforts will contribute to achieving budgeted and unbudgeted revenue and sales growth targets.

**Responsibilities of this role include:
- Support the execution of the Digital & Data Strategy by assisting the Partnerships Marketing Manager in conducting research for marketing plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to develop and implement campaign activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular analysis and reports.
- Maintain a view of the partnerships program, identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and demonstrate a return on investment.
- Work with the Partnerships manager to acquire new partners, retain existing partners, increase partner income, and achieve campaign performance targets.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to optimise marketing campaigns.
- Proven capability to lead and manage the implementation of marketing partnership campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in using marketing platforms to implement, manage, and report on campaign performance.

**Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
