We're looking for an
Events Coordinator
with proven experience managing conferences, stakeholder meetings, or large-scale webinars. You'll be part of the
APAC Partnerships
Team, helping execute strategic events that strengthen relationships, support commercial activities, and position IDP as a global thought leader.

Your key focus will be supporting the
Australian International Education Conference (AIEC)
– the country's largest conference for the international education sector – including speaker and program coordination, committee support, content management, and post-event reporting.

In Addition, You'll

  • Lead planning and logistics for internal and external events such as IDP's APAC Strategic Advisory Board, webinars, and insight days
  • Manage timelines, stakeholder communications, budgets, and logistics
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, and third-party organisers
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with IDP's brand and strategic goals

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in event planning, logistics, or project coordination
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Knowledge of event platforms, CRMs or content management systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the international education sector (a plus, not essential)
