Luxury fine jeweller seeking Client Advisors to join their Sydney CBD boutique on a permanent, full time basis

**Your new company**
A luxury fine jeweller who have been crafting exceptional pieces for over 50 years. From statement pieces to classic styles, their jewellery captures the essence of sophistication and elegance. Each piece is unique, with its own distinct style that makes it one-of-a-kind.

**Your new role**
The position is also responsible for working together as a team to maintain daily store administration as directed by the Boutique Manager, update customer data, accurate stock management, excellent boutique presentation and adhere to store security procedures. This is a direct customer facing role, with the focus on sales by building rapport with potential and existing customers.
- Proactively assist and serve clients that visit the Boutique to build relationships and maximise sales
- Conduct sales through establishing the customer’s need and preferences, offering products that are appropriate and closing sales to effectively ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on sales leads and opportunities to ensure customer service excellence.
- Work with Boutique sales team to assist each other in maximising sales potential
- Prompt follow up on customer orders and repairs
