**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
The Business Optimisation and Systems Manager will lead the transformation of the Business through designing and implementing technology and systems for the Commercial Business to existing best practices through leading a team of technical business user and business process improvement experts to deliver the following
- Oversee the launch of commercial systems solutions and help to maximize the positive business impact on the organization
- Continuous improvement and operational best practices & processes through leveraging Sales technology systems current and future with internal & external stakeholder
- Works with cross functional teams to ensure the development of an efficient and scalable end to end process
- Makes process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs
- Determines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of complex, functional and/or cross-functional problems with business implications
- Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources.
- Coordinates with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support the process strategy and deployment of new functions and technology
- Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet customer needs.
- Liaise and collaborate with other teams across the organisation to ensure those customer objectives and expectations are being met, utilizing feedback to identify and implement system or process improvements.
- Ability to demonstrate achievement of results eg. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation
- Responsible for Business Continuity Plans of Sales Systems
- Develop, Scope and Solution concepts and business cases for processes and automation investments.
- Drives process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/future-state processes in partnership with key internal stakeholders across the Business
- Obtains, creates and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholders
- Develop harmonious relationships with all customers and key stakeholders, both internal and external and possess the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
**Demonstrated Prior Experience**
- Have 10+ years in technology and project experience preferably with breadth across FMCG functions and sales systems.
- Extensive experience in leading program initiatives and process improvement efforts.
- A strong project management background, preferably within technology industry
- Ability to demonstrate been able to translate business strategy into day-to-day delivery
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical background
- Understand industry best practices and evaluating opportunities for the centre
- Previous experience leading a team of technical process leads
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as well as challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Solution oriented with a growth mindset
- Great communicator and highly developed interpersonal skills
- Critical thinker with proven ability to form judgement.
- Creates opportunities to connect with others across the business
