**About the role**

We have a newly created position for a Head of Technical Solution Development for our Energy Solutions division.

This role will be responsible for developing scalable solutions to bring down overall electricity demand for our clients. These will be through developing proposals that will provide energy efficient solutions such as LED lighting, rooftop solar, batteries and other new technology.

This role has the ability to have a significant impact on reducing Australia's energy consumption with Ventia's clients across a range of industry sectors.

This position is a full-time permanent opportunity with flexible working spending time in the office and from home. Options to base out of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide offices. Other office locations would be considered.

**About You**
- Electrical background trade or degree would be preferred.
- Experience within project management, tender submission or business development environments with the submission of proposals.
- Practical knowledge of new energy efficient technologies, energy supply and storage.
- Knowledge of LED Lighting, rooftop solar, HVAC optimisation, BESS, EV charging products.
- Well-developed communication and commercial acumen.
