**We are seeking a motivated, eager, and professional individual to join our growing business.**
**Amity Owners Corporation,** is a fast-growing, boutique agency based in the heart of Chapel Street. Our aim is to be a complete strata management solution with having a small number of buildings but with a larger number of lots, you’ll be able to gain an intimate understanding of the requirements of each building while being trained by some of the best in the industry.
**Your Responsibilities**:
Working closely with an Owners Corporation Manager, this role will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Undertake general administration duties related to the portfolio
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Day-to-day client interaction and problem-solving
- Issuing work orders and quotes
- Drafting and issuing breach of by-law letters and notices to comply
**You will have**:
- Minimum 12 Months of Owners Corporation experience required
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a great can-do attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong ability to multitask
**Benefits**:
