What you’ll contribute to

Be the voice of KINTO, Toyota’s car sharing and car rental service that supports both our Environmental and Mobility goals; solving member enquires, dealer enquires and vendor/supplier management that support excellent member experiences.

This role will see you employed at Toyota on a permanent basis however you will initially be seconded to work with our exciting Kinto team on a three year secondment The Business Operations Coordinator role is a key customer service role and would suit someone who loves a fast paced and varied work environment. Not every day is the same, and that’s what we love about it

This role can be based from our Scoresby or Port Melbourne locations.

How you’ll make an impact- Assist members, dealers & partners with bookings. Answer queries, monitor the Kinto Operations inbox & update the system record.-
- Coordinate with vendor helpdesks regarding technology issues raised by members.- Account management; action failed payments/unpaid invoices, insurances, refunds, vendor payments including parking.- Vehicle onboarding process including vehicle branding kits to be sent to installers for vehicle set-up.- Be the go-to operation support person

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- You will be a strong customer service focused person Someone who is not afraid to professionally manage complex issues.- Demonstrated experience and confidence in using excel. We can train you in our in-house systems- Ability to be flexible and work in an environment that’s is fast paced and where your day to day workload may change.- Self-motivated, and ability to work autonomously however also be part of a fantastic and supportive team- Passionate about providing solutions and eager to learn.- Strong communication skills and demonstrates empathy.
