What you’ll contribute to
The National Sales Division is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all national vehicle sales, fleet, integrated planning, and logistics activities to achieve vehicle sales volume, market share, and profitability objectives.
We are seeking a skilled, client centred and outcome focused Engagement Specialist, to help support the implementation of rewards and recognition policies and strategies at Toyota. You will help devise strategic plans and activities as well as be responsible for designing and carrying out internal and external events within the team.
This role will be focused around programs and events, and will sit within the Parts & Accessories division at Toyota.
How you’ll make an impact- Coordinate various events including strategic planning and working with various suppliers to execute all deliverables- Create and review incentive program/ event communications to ensure high audience engagement- Implement and maintain agreed rewards and recognition programs, processes, and procedures consistent with set policies- Assist in the development of processes and procedures for rewards and recognition to contribute to overall objectives- Assist in the gathering, summary, analysis, and reporting of information. Prepare and distribute reports, dealer information and presentations to inform sound decision making- Provide specialist support for the assessment and selection of suppliers to secure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost
Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Degree qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing, HR, Sales or Legal- Excellent use of MS Office, including Excel- Demonstrated experience in implementing both small
- and large-scale events from end to end- Experience in the automotive industry, FMCG or a marketing environment highly desirable- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage internal & external stakeholders in a complex environment- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same- Understanding of the Dealer Network and its operational activities is desirable but not essential- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Interstate travel may be required
