What you’ll contribute to
The National Marketing Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national marketing, brand, internal & external communications, digital, public relations, and guest relationship management to position Toyota as the guests’ brand of choice.
The Commercial Communications Coordinator will need to have a strong attention to detail and be responsible for supporting the execution of commercial marketing strategies through communication campaigns and model marketing initiatives. This will grow commercial vehicle desirability and contribute to the achievement of sales volume, market share and profitability objectives for commercial vehicles in Australia.
How you’ll make an impact
- Implements product communication processes and procedures to enhance Toyota commercial vehicle sales and product desirability
- Supports the production and implementation of advertising campaigns, assets, and tactical activity plans by assisting with agency briefs, production timelines, logistics plans and elevation of critical issues
- Acts as a key contact between national divisions, Regions, and the Dealer network in relation to commercial communication activities
- Monitor advertising campaign timelines and performance against targets and recommends countermeasures where required
- Maintains reporting systems and prepares reports to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning
- Forms and maintains a close working relationship with agencies to deliver assets

- Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Collaborator who adapts approach and demeanour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
