What you’ll contribute to

The Regions are responsible for planning, coordination and execution of vehicle sales, fleet, after sales, marketing, Dealer relationships and local franchise development activities in order to bullet proof the Dealer network and achieve Guest satisfaction, vehicle and parts sales & service volumes, market share and profitability objectives.

The Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting Dealer network sustainability by assisting with Dealer financial data collection, maintaining data integrity and analysing information to ensure franchise Dealer viability and reinvestment in the Toyota and Lexus brands.

You will ideally be a junior accountant who is passionate about analysis and reporting This role is permanent full time based in Port Melbourne ideally working 3 days in the office.

How you’ll make an impact- Assists in the development and continuous improvement of processes and procedures for National Business & Regional Operations, to ensure Dealers are supported by the business and that transformation initiatives occur at a wholesale and retail level.- Acts as the key contact between national divisions, regions and the Dealer network in relation to business planning, reporting, process improvement, initiatives and information sharing. Resolves any queries and issues, and escalates matters to minimise risk.- Supports financial and operational reporting activities for Dealer network to inform planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. Recommends countermeasures or remediation solutions where required.- Assist with the gathering, summary and analysis of information. Prepares and distributes reports, technical information and presentations in order to inform sound decision making- Supports the coordination of National Business & Regional Operations forums to ensure that plans, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.- Supports coordination of training and development activities for stakeholders in order to support the achievement of Toyota business standards.
