What you’ll contribute to

The regions are responsible for planning, coordination and execution of market representation, Dealer standards, retail development and business transformation activities in order to bullet proof the Dealer network and contribute to achievement of sales volume, market share and profitability objectives.

The Toyota for Life Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Toyota for Life program in order to ensure the best possible guest experience at each and every Toyota dealership and support business targets for TMCA over the short, medium and long term.

This is a permanent position based at Port Melbourne with a hybrid work style. This role will suit someone who is starting out in their career, a person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

How you’ll make an impact- Assists in the development of the Toyota for Life (TFL) Standards, through the annual review process. Helping to identify continuous improvement opportunities through stakeholder feedback from Regions and Dealers. Facilitates the development of wording for each of the TFL Standards, helping to collate, edit and finalize prior to the TFL program launch.- Supports the co-ordination of the existing Toyota for Life (TFL) Standards, processes and procedures consistent with set policies to achieve a consistent guest/customer experience.- Acts as liaison between national divisions and Regions on key projects that impact the Regions and the Dealer Network. Resolves any queries and issues, escalating matters to minimise risk.- Supports the coordination of Toyota for Life training and development activities for stakeholders to enhance dealership based guest processes and skills, and compliance process training for networks and regions in order to ensure the achievement of Toyota For Life standards.- Supports the coordination of Toyota for Life forums to ensure that Toyota for Life plans, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
