**The Company**
This position is being recruited for a widely recognised, international hydraulics company. Providing fluid power, motion control, industrial automation and hydraulic filtration solutions into a wide range of markets, such as defence, transport, OEM, mining, resource, construction and agriculture.
They provide solutions in hydraulic filtration, monitoring and flow-control and complete hydraulic and pneumatic system integration.
Their products development teams able support their commercial objectives by continuously and consistently concepting new engineered solutions within the hydraulic and pneumatic markets. The ability to deliver both simple and complex solutions has put this company at the forefront of the market verticals that it works across.
**The Position**:
As an **Internal Sales Representative** based at our **South West Melbourne** office**,** you will manage a portfolio of established customer accounts; maintain existing business levels through regular contact and selling of products and value-added services; identify growth opportunities within the portfolio and develop these customers in order to drive the required sales growth.
On any given day your duties will involve:
- Generate and qualify sales lead opportunities to drive profitable sales growth
- Identify sales opportunities within your Portfolio
- Create a specific plan of action for managing Portfolio customers within your Sales region
- Ensure face to face visit requirements are coordinated through aligned Account Managers
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness
- Develop opportunities with companies not currently on the database
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration
- Liaise effectively across functions to ensure customers are delighted
**The Package**:
- A base salary of up to **$70k PA** + Superannuation
