Reporting to the Executive Director of People and Safety, you will support them with complex diary and calendar management, travel coordination, expense management and events.
You will also be ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office, working collaboratively with other support members nationally and globally including one direct report.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Initiative, exceptional attention to detail, great time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to carry out duties autonomously, confidentially and work effectively in a team environment
- Expert knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Incredible organisational skills and the ability to prioritise their workload
